A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. The availability of expedited shipping depends on your shipping address and the products in your order.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Domestic Orders: Shipping fees for domestic orders are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address. 5. Delivery and Receipt

  • Missing Packages: If you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date. 6. Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • PO Boxes: We are able to ship to most domestic PO Box addresses using standard shipping methods. However, please note that delivery times may be longer compared to shipping to a physical street address.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We are pleased to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses. When entering your shipping address, please follow the appropriate military addressing guidelines. Shipping times to these addresses may vary, and we recommend allowing additional time for delivery.
